It is suggested to activate the trial version before you actually buy it. This will help you to check whether the recording features are supported on your device or not.

If you are interested in recording calls on your smartphone using Truecaller, then follow these instructions

  • Download the Truecaller app and configure it
  • Tap on the three horizontal bars from the top-left
  • Select 'Call recording'
  • In the next window tap on 'Start free trial' button
  • All the necessary permissions when prompted
  • Now, you will see a message 'call recording enabled'

After completing the above steps, you will find a popup with the Truecaller logo and record button at the calling screen of the phone. Just click on the button and start recording the calls.

Truecaller is an online database which helps users to identify the unknown callers, search using phone numbers, identify spam calls and block them.

Later to access call recording, open Truecaller app and click on the three horizontal bars. Select the option ‘Call recording’ to access the recording database. Taping on any file will start playing the recorded call.
