Till Sunday morning, severe heat wave conditions have been forecast in Rayalaseema and Telangana. Ramagundam in the state recorded the highest in the history of Telangana with an all-time heat record of 46.1ºC on April 21 followed by Nizamabad that scorched a temperature of 45.1ºC.

Even the night temperatures have increased as the temperature in Hyderabad was recorded to be 29.8ºC on Friday which is 5ºC above normal. While the forecast for Hyderabad on Saturday indicates partly cloudy skies, the heat is expected to slightly decrease by Sunday morning.
