The first meeting of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) was held here on Saturday after Dr J Geetha Reddy assumed office as its chairman in the Assembly Committee Hall.
Hyderabad: The first meeting of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) was held here on Saturday after Dr J Geetha Reddy assumed office as its chairman in the Assembly Committee Hall.
Assembly Speaker S Madhusudhana Chary and members of PAC participated in the meeting. The meeting has discussed on the auditing being done in the local bodies.
The members decided to concentrate on Revenue department as the PAC was not examining Revenue department since 1971. The Committee decided to convene next meeting on May 9.
