Pista House brings in organic haleem

Pista House announced that its world-famous Haleem will now also be available in an organic variant. Christened as Organic Haleem, this scrumptious and healthy delicacy is made from organic (100% chemical-free) ingredients including onions, spices, dry fruits and even organic meat or organic vegetables – depending on what one opts for.

Addressing a press conference on Sunday, Managing Director of Pista House MA Majeed announced that with the first sighting of the crescent moon that marks the commencement of the Islamic month of Ramadan, Pista House will make its Hyderabadi Haleem available at over 200 outlets across Greater Hyderabad, and additionally in Bengaluru and Chennai.

Honouring the demand of non-local gourmets, specially packaged ‘canned Haleem’ will be available across the country in partnership with Gati courier. The canned Haleem has a certified shelf life of 15 days. Much to travellers’ delight, it will also be available at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport duty-free.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohaddis Ali, Director, said, “Organic is ‘in’ these days, and we have an irresistibly delectable recipe in organic. The new variant is aimed at people who are extremely health-conscious but love to savour Hyderabadi food, which is usually a heavy diet. Our organic Haleem blends the best of both worlds – the classic taste of our Haleem and the purity of organic ingredients.”
