Actress Disha Pandey inaugurated the ‘Bikram Yoga Telangana Studio’ (BYTS) in Kondapur on Sunday. During the launch, certified trainer John Nelson performed a 20-minute demo of key postures under the dialogue of Kavita Chowdhary, the proprietor of the Studio.

“Synthesised from traditional techniques, Bikram Yoga is a system that uses hot therapy by practicing in a room heated to 40 °C with humidity of 40 per cent. All classes run for 90 minutes and consist of the same series of 26 postures including two breathing exercises,” said Kavita about the techniques.

BYTS provides every client a mat and towel for use along with accessibility to shower rooms. The classes will be held in three shifts and have been aptly scheduled to fit in individual across all segments. “People in Hyderabad are now driven by the necessity of staying fit and are very health conscious.

The opening of a Bikram Yoga Studio in a viable location ensures easy and convenient accessibility for our clients and one that is open seven days a week. We are confident of being able to nurture strong and loyal followers and thereby help each individual lead wholesome and better life,” added Kavita.

“This is like internal healing,” said actress Disha after inaugurating the studio. “This Yoga has zero per cent injury chances during the classes because of the methods they use. I request all Hyderabad people to come here and use these great methods,” she said.
