Warangal: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) secretary G Neelima has asked the para-legal volunteers to be proactive in serving the legal needs of common public.Speaking at a training programme held under the aegis of the DLSA in Hanamkonda on Wednesday for creating legal awareness among para-legal volunteers (PLVs), she said the volunteers should act a channel between the public and the authority.
