Grama Sandarshana meant to solve people’s problems: Sircilla Collector
We are organising Grama Sandarshana programmes to suggest solutions to all problems of all sections of people in villages,’ District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar said during Gram Sandarshan programme at Rudrangi in Sircilla district on Friday.

Interacting with the people, the Collector inquired about problems, which they have been facing in the village. He ordered the District Panchayat Raj officer to take steps for maintaining the village neat and clean involving the people in Swachh Bharat programme.
Later speaking at a meeting held in Rudrangi village, Collector D Krishna Bhaskar said that the Grama Sandarshana programme was conducted for the first time in the district after its formation as a separate district to know the problems of the people.
“All the applications received during the programme will be solved as early as possible with the coordination of various departments. If problems are not solved, the officials would inform the applicants through a letter the reasons,” he informed.
After knowing the salary details paid to workers under other Grama Panchayats, the Collector assured the sanitary workers that enhancement of salaries will be considered.
Keeping in view of the coming peak summer, necessary steps will be taken for preventing the water scarcity in the village by sending the proposals to the Chief Secretary to release funds under Calamity Relief Funds (CRF), he informed.
Krishna Bhaskar assured that free medical camp would be organised in Manala following a request by the village Sarpanch Tukaram.
Since Rudrangi village is considered as mandal headquarters all necessary steps will be taken for solving various problems at the earliest.
District Revenue Officer Shyam Lal Prasad, Rural Development Officer Panduranga, SES Director Alladi Ramesh, ZPTC Gangadhar and village Sarpanch Ganga Raju were also present along with others.
