Etela Rajender's non-veg feast invitation for OU students faces flak
Telangana Finance Minister Etela Rajender celebrated his son Nithin\'s wedding on Sunday by invited over 2,000 students from Osmania University for a non-vegetarian feast in the premises of E-hostel.
Telangana Finance Minister Etela Rajender celebrated his son Nithin's wedding on Sunday by invited over 2,000 students from Osmania University for a non-vegetarian feast in the premises of E-hostel.
The students, however, declined the invitation by saying that it was an insult for them for not being inviting to the wedding ceremony and also over the non-veg feast.
A total of 3,000 invitation cards were sent and was also circulated on WhatsApp and Facebook. Sources inform that the feast was prepared in university premises on the request of TRS student leader Anjaneya Goud who, however said that the non-veg meal in the premises of the campus is an added gesture from the Minister.
The wedding ceremony witnesssed Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in attendance along with Ministers and TRS leaders, other political party leaders and celebrities.
