Woman files harassment case against her parents
A married woman has filed a harassment case against her own parents in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. The woman, identified as Sushma got married to Mallikarjun Reddy in 2008. Both being engineers, they had landed jobs in Bengaluru.
A married woman has filed a harassment case against her own parents in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. The woman, identified as Sushma got married to Mallikarjun Reddy in 2008. Both being engineers, they had landed jobs in Bengaluru.
When they shifted to Bengaluru, Sushma had given all her jewellery and flat documents to her parents for safe-keeping.
However, when they returned to Hyderabad, huge disputes took place over the same. In her complaint to the police, Sushma stated that her parents were harassing her and her husband.
Adding that her husband even has life threat from her parents, she requested the police to help her get back her documents and jewellery.
Her parents denied the complaint and stated that the property was on their grandson's name. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
