External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has come to the rescue of a Telangana woman, who is currently in a jail in Saudi Arabia\'s capital Riyadh.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has come to the rescue of a Telangana woman, who is currently in a jail in Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh.
Sharing the news on Twitter, the Minister gave an assurance of legal help to the woman named Fahimunnisa Begum.

While the reason for her arrest is not known, the woman's husband had approached Sushma Swaraj to ensure her release. She also responded to another request of an Indian reportedly drowning in a swimming pool in Bahrain.
The man, who approached Sushma Swaraj on Twitter urged for his relative Kabees Abdul Jaleel's whereabouts and requested her to take appropriate action.
