Speed up the road works: Tummala

Hyderabad: Roads and Buildings Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao expressed dissatisfaction with the officials concerned over the snail-paced road works in the State.

The Minister was conducting a high-level review meeting with all the officials concerned here on Friday to discuss the progress of works relating to Khammam-Suryapet and Khammam-Ashwaraopet National Highways.

While expressing his utter dissatisfaction on the pace of the works and the delays caused in executing the works. He advised the officials to take up the land acquisition on top priority and start the works expeditiously.

The officials representing the National Highways Development Authority and The Singareni Colleries also participated in the meeting.
