Sigma Academy of Photography (SAP) is organising a photography exhibition and workshop ‘Heritage of Telangana’ till August 30 at Salar Jung Museum. BS Ramulu, Chairman, BC Commission, Telangana and BK Sinha, General Secretary, Federation of Indian Photography inaugurated the exhibition.

Sigma Academy of Photography (SAP) is organising a photography exhibition and workshop ‘Heritage of Telangana’ till August 30 at Salar Jung Museum. BS Ramulu, Chairman, BC Commission, Telangana and BK Sinha, General Secretary, Federation of Indian Photography inaugurated the exhibition.

SAP started this exhibition to encourage both the budding and established photographers, showcase their art of photography at international levels. The exhibition witnesses the works of international photographers. About 35 photographer's works are on display with the collection of more than 200 photographs at the SJM Gallery.

“This is a great initiative by SAP and helps budding photographers. Nowadays, photography has become a part of our lives and everybody is clicking candid shots using the advanced technology. The quality of photography has been increasing every day. In recent times, India has become one of the epicentres of natural photography,” said BK Sinha, General Secretary, Federation of Indian Photography.

BS Ramulu, Chairman shared, BC Commission, Telangana, “Every photo must have a proper meaning. Many a time, a photo can describe the incident in a clear way. Photographs help to explain the history of people, countries and memories.”
