TRS MP urges Centre to speed up process
Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MP Dr B Narsaiah Goud here on Wednesday met Union Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan and pleaded with him to speed up the process of setting up Institution of Translational Medicine at Bibinagar.
New Delhi: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MP Dr B Narsaiah Goud here on Wednesday met Union Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan and pleaded with him to speed up the process of setting up Institution of Translational Medicine at Bibinagar.
Later speaking to the media, Narsaiah Goud said the Minister assured him speedier implementation of the project. Harsh Vardhan told Narsaiah Goud that the Prime Minister would extend all cooperation to the State government as the Chief Minister was proactive and was providing land for infrastructure development in the State.
On Kaleshwaram Project, Dr Harsh Vardhan said he would clear the file as soon as the public hearing report reached his office.
Narsaiah Goud was critical on the silence of the Central Water Commission on refusal of the requests of upstream States for releasing the Krishna and the Godavari waters to those States.
