Warangal Congress leader gets anticipatory bail
Warangal District Congress Committee President Nayini Rajender Reddy on Thursday secured anticipatory bail from the High Court at Hyderabad. He is one of the accused in the murder case of Murali, a division corporator in Warangal Municipal Corporation. Justice T Sunil Choudhary granted the conditional anticipatory bail Rajender Reddy.

He is one of the accused in the murder case of Murali, a division corporator in Warangal Municipal Corporation. Justice T Sunil Choudhary granted the conditional anticipatory bail Rajender Reddy.
He has been arraigned as accused 4 in the murder case by Warangal police on July 13. Rajender Reddy moved the High Court seeking anticipatory bail on the ground that the police had implicated him as an accused based on the so-called confession of another accused while in police custody. There is no other proof to link him with this case, contended the counsel for the petitioner.
The judge, while granting the bail directed Rajender Reddy to cooperate with the investigation, regularly visit the police station and also surrender his passport to the police.
