HMRL to develop an app for smooth travel
The Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) is working on an application that will integrate all the other transport departments including, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), MMTS, and others for seamless connectivity. MD of L&T Shivanand Nimbargi said the project will be completed on a fast pace with the support of State government.
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) is working on an application that will integrate all the other transport departments including, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), MMTS, and others for seamless connectivity. MD of L&T Shivanand Nimbargi said the project will be completed on a fast pace with the support of State government.
The L&T is closely coordinating with HMRL, he said and added that the HMRL is working on providing an app to integrate with the other transport departments and private transport modes like taxi aggregators for the Metro users to have a seamless connectivity for their day to day travel.
The launch of Hyderabad Metro Rail by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be a historic moment for Hyderabad, he added. Inspecting the concrete plinth beam and track works on Oliphenta bridge and at the critical gaps at Parade grounds, Begumpet and Ameerpet HMRL MD NVS Reddy along with MD, L&T HMRL Shivanand Nimbargi complimented the engineers and skilled workers for their work ethos and commitment to quality.
