Dussehra vacation for High Court from Sept 25

Hyderabad : The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will be closed for Dussehra vacation from September 25th to 27th (both days inclusive).

During the vacation, Justice M. Seetharama Murti (Single Bench) and Dr. Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao and Dr. Justice Shameem Akhter (Division Bench) will be sitting in the High Court for hearing the matters like Habeas Corpus, Anticipatory Bail, bail applications (if bail is refused by Magistrates and Sessions Judges/Additional Sessions Judges) and any other urgent matter, which cannot wait till the end of the vacation (such as eviction/dispossession, demolition, etc.,) specifically permitted by the Senior Vacation Judge.
