In-charge Joint Collector Nikhila, in-charge Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) Sarala Vandanam, RDO Chandrakala, Law Officer Sangeetha, Women and Child Welfare Officer Sunanda, in-charge Administrative Officer Radhika Ramani, CPO Balaram and others participated in the celebration. The highlight of the programme was Special Executive Magistrate Sreevatsa Kota sang the Bathukamma song.
