Khammam: The district president of Petroleum Dealers Association (PDA) Metkuri Gopal Rao said that as part of nationwide protest against the strict rules imposed by the Oil companies belonging to Central government BPCL, HPCL and IOCL, a one-day bandh of petrol bunks across the country will be observed on October 13.
