Woman arrested for attempting to murder husband

A 31-year-old woman was arrested along with two others in Hyderabad on Thursday for her attempt to kill her husband.

The woman, Sunitha who worked as a maid was reportedly unhappy with her marital life and developed an extramarital affair with her employer Srinivas Murthy.

The duo, then planned to kill her husband, Gyaneshwar, a private employee and kidnapped him five days ago.

After making him unconscious with sedatives, they took him to a secluded place in Keesara in a bid to kill him. However, Gyaneshwar managed to escape from them and approached the police.

A case has been registered in this regard and the police nabbed the duo with the car driver who helped them in their plan.
