BIE denies login to 62 colleges to pay exam fees

Hyderabad: The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) denied login to 62 colleges to pay examination fee for ensuing Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) to be held in March 2018, but not 447 colleges, as reported in a section of the press.

A TSBIE press release on Friday said that the colleges had zero admissions in the first year and less than 15 admissions in the second year. Also, the colleges in question had issued transfer certificates to the second year students to take admission in different colleges. Further, the students’ data of backlog of the 62 colleges had been transferred to nearby the Government Junior Colleges to enable students to pay their examination fee for IPE, March 2018, the press release said.
