IT Minister KT Rama Rao on Monday inaugurated the Pala Pitta Cycling Park, an exclusive cycling zone spread over 46 acres opposite Botanical Garden.

KTR congratulated the Telangana Forest Development Corporation (TSFDC) and avid cyclists of the IT hub for developing a green space in the busy Kondapur area.

The park features two connected cycling tracks totaling 2.9 km

Adults would be charged Rs 50 per hour or Rs 800 per month in the Cycling park while children would be charged half of the fee. The ones who bring in their own bicycles would have to pay Rs 25 per hour.

Speaking at the event, the Minister said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been rooting for more green spaces in the burgeoning city of Hyderabad since 2014 and added that the forest department has delivered a brilliant job with the quality of the park which is top-notch.
