Adilabad: About 15 girl students fall unconscious when the physical education teacher (PET) gave punishment to 53 students of sixth and seventh classes of Residential School for Minorities. The PET also made each student do 25 sit-ups.
The teacher awarded punishment to all the students as some mischievous students tore the book belonging to a sixth-class student, Asmita. The unconscious students were rushed to RIMS. Intravenous fluids were being administered to them. However, the PET passed the buck on the Hindi teacher.
