Minister KTR flooded with congratulatory messages

Hyderabad : Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K Tarakarama Rao has been declared the winner of ‘Leader of the Year’ award by prominent publication Business World. Ever since the award has been declared, Minister KT Rama Rao has been the talk of the town.

Responding to the announcement of the award Minister KT Rama Rao tweeted, “Humbly accept this as a recognition for Hon’ble CM’s vision that we are given an opportunity to execute.” Celebrities, politicians and several netizens took to Twitter wishing KT Rama Rao for the achievement. US Consul General Katherine Hadda was one of the first persons to congratulate the Minister. Hyderabad and Bhongir MPs Asaduddin Owaisi and Boora Narsaiah Goud from the political fraternity congratulated Minister KT Rama Rao on Twitter. Tennis ace Sania Mirza, Manchu Vishnu, Allari Naresh, Arjun Reddy fame Vijay Devarakonda, Rakul Preet, Vamshi Paidipalli, Vennela Kishore from film fraternity were amongst the several celebrities who wished.

While responding to the congratulatory messages, KT Rama Rao tweeted “Many thanks for the congratulatory messages. Could not have answered each of you personally & directly but thanks for the love & affection.”

The award will be presented at “National Smart City Conference” to be held in New Delhi on December 20. Union Minister of State for Urban Development Hardeep Singh Puri will present the awards. Business World appreciated KTR for presenting Telangana state with a new perspective during Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2017. It has also considered various other aspects like increasing investments in Telangana State and role of the Minister in developmental initiatives.
