Hyderabad: In what comes as a pleasant surprise for Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, US President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump on Monday wrote a letter to the former and thanked him for extending warm hospitality during her visit to the city for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES).
Ivanka, in her letter, said ‘it was incredible and inspiring experience’. “I also want to thank you for the exquisite gift that you (the Chief Minister) presented to me at the Falaknuma Palace. I am deeply touched by your thoughtful gesture and the warmth of people of Telangana,” she said, adding, “I look forward to returning to India in the near future.”
