The concept of ‘Wall of Kindness’ is the brainchild of GHMC Commissioner B Janardhan Reddy who was inspired by the idea after witnessing the response to it in foreign countries.
‘Wall of Kindness’ had mixed response all over the city. For instance at St Anns School in Secunderabad, urchins have taken over the spot.
