Bus stands and railway stations are jam-packed with long queues.
110 special trains have already been announced by the South Central Railway with 40,000 additional berths to handle the rush.
Also, the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) is running special services to cater to the needs of the passengers.
