Most Backward Community (MBC) Chairman T Srinivas organised a ‘Chai pe Mulakaat’ programme at Beerappa Swamy temple at Uppal with ‘Kulam Kulastees’ (Kuruma caste members). The programme was attended by more than 50 members. 

Uppal: Most Backward Community (MBC) Chairman T Srinivas organised a ‘Chai pe Mulakaat’ programme at Beerappa Swamy temple at Uppal with ‘Kulam Kulastees’ (Kuruma caste members). The programme was attended by more than 50 members.

Addressing the gathering MBC Chairman T Srinivas said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has ensured people belonging to this caste have an equal economic status and platform for governance. And that being an MBC Chairman he will do everything to co-operate with the government to protect the cultural glory of the people belonging to the caste.

Highlighting the schemes of the government for the children of the caste he said that Rs 20 lakhs has been announced to provide them corporate education with 100 percent subsidy.
