Even before the official launch of the T-Hub Reactor building, it is hogging all the limelight. The start-up initiative T-Hub, a partnership between the government and three academic institutions — IIIT-Hyderabad, ISB and Nalsar.

Even before the official launch of the T-Hub Reactor building, it is hogging all the limelight. The start-up initiative T-Hub, a partnership between the government and three academic institutions — IIIT-Hyderabad, ISB and Nalsar.

The construction of the Reactor building is currently in progress and is likely to be inaugurated in September. Coming up at Hyderabad Knowledge City in Raidurgam, the building is four times bigger than the current Catalyst building and is spread over 3.5 lakh sq ft.

The Reactor building will be the second largest incubator in the world and will

provide a seating for 4,000 people when compared to the Catalyst which accommodates over 900 persons.

Also, with laboratories, experience centres, auditoriums etc, the T-Hub Reactor will house accelerators, incubators, venture capitalists from outside.

According to T-Hub CEO Jay Krishnan, around 3,000 start-ups have already applied to work out of T-Hub.
