TRSV State chief assures pension to retired VROs

Hyderabad: The TRSV State president Rambabu Yadav on Friday assured the retired village revenue officers (VROs) that the organisation would try for securing pension to VROs.

Addressing a convention at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram, organised by the VROs’ Welfare Association, he clarified that the issue of pension to VROs was pending in a court. President of the association Pendyala Vijayarama Rao described as ‘unfortunate’ lack of pension for VROs who have served the government for about 30 years.

He observed that the family members of VROs remember them only during the rainy season. Among those present were TRSV State general secretary Narayana, leaders Garike Upendra Rao, Raghava Reddy, Krishna Rao.
