Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (PR&RD) Jupally Krishna Rao gave a strong counter to the opposition parties which made allegations against his sons.
Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (PR&RD) Jupally Krishna Rao gave a strong counter to the opposition parties which made allegations against his sons.
The main opposition Congress said that the two sons of Krishna Rao had allegedly defaulted repaying of a loan of Rs 86 crore they had raised from SBI after allegedly inflating the value of immovable properties they had mortgaged.
Addressing the media persons in TRS office, the minister said opposition has no guts to fight against him politically. In a bid to defame him, the rivals targeted his family members. He said that his family took loans from the banks for business purpose and repaid with interest. There was no truth that his sons evaded the repayment to the banks.
He dared Congress leaders to prove allegations with evidences against his sons. If proved he will quit politics or the Congress leaders should follow the suit. The TRS senior leader also refuted wide allegations that he promoted sand mafia in his native Mahabubnagar district.
