Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Thursday met with Governor ESL Narasimhan in Raj Bhavan and held discussions ranging over various issues ranging from High Court verdict on Congress MLA's, Rythu Bandhu Scheme and distribution of Pattadar pass books in a meeting that lasted over three hours.

It is learned that KCR expressed his displeasure over the verdict of High Court and its interference in legislative proceedings.

He reportedly told Narasimhan that it was not appropriate for the judiciary to interfere in matters relating to the legislature as the decision to expel the two members - Congress leaders Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and S A Sampath Kumar was collectively taken by the Assembly.

Stating that the House had every right to act against its errant members who had thrown the headphones at the governor which hit the eye of the Legislative Council chairman K Swamy Goud, KCR even cited various past judgements and precedents in support of his argument.

Reports suggest the Chief Minister is planning to conduct Assembly sessions in the first week of May to discuss the issue.

He further invited Governor Narasimhan to launch 'Rythu Bandhu Scheme'.
