RTC JAC lays siege to Labour Commissionerate

With no response coming from the office of Labour Commisioner on the strike notice, leaders of the Telangana RTC Joint Action Committee lay sieged the Commissionerate on Thursday. AITUC state general secretary Ratnakar Rao who extended solidarity to the agitation, criticised the commissioner’s failure in responding to the strike notice.

JAC leaders alleged that the commissioner favoured the RTC management by bulldozing the labour acts. JAC convener Rajireddy, co-conveners VS Rao, B Yadagiri, G Abraham, Suresh, S Narsaiah took part.
