City Rotary Club gets new executive body
New executive of the Rotary Club Hyderabad North, headed by its president Dr S Manikandan, was appointed at a programme held at Taj Banjara here on Sunday GHMC commissioner Janardhan Reddy graced the occasion as the chief guest
Hyderabad: New executive of the Rotary Club Hyderabad North, headed by its president Dr S Manikandan, was appointed at a programme held at Taj Banjara here on Sunday. GHMC commissioner Janardhan Reddy graced the occasion as the chief guest. The commissioner administered oath of office to the new office-bearers. He appealed to the new executive for cooperation to implement awareness programmes on the mosquito menace and use of cloth bags.
The new executive body consists of President Dr Manikandan, Secretary Dr Jayanti Venkatraman and treasurer Naresh Raman. Manikandan declared that the Rotary clubs here would distribute bicycles among 5,000 girl students of government schools soon. Governor of the Rotary district 3150 Ramesh Vangala and others took part in the programme.
