Over 32 dead as bus falls into gorge

Kondagattu (Jagtial): At least 32 persons feared dead while others sustained grievous injuries after the TSRTC bus in which they were traveling fell in a gorge near Kondagattu on Tuesday.

It's learnt that driver lost control over the wheel while negotiating a bus coming from opposite direction and slipped into a 100 feet gorge. 

All the passengers boarded the bus after offering prayers at Lord Anjaneya Swamy temple.

Tuesday being the auspicious day for Hanuman devotees, there was a huge rush in Kondagattu.

The injured were admitted to government hospital in Jagtial. 

District collector Sharath and SP Sindhu Sharma rushed to the spot and overseeing rescue operation.
