Outsourcing employees take out rally for pending salaries

Secunderabad: Outsourcing employees of Gandhi Hospital took out rally on the hospital premises on Friday demanding their salaries from contractors. They said they haven’t been credited with salaries for the past three months. “Each employee’s salary is Rs 10,350.We have been deprived of salaries and PF since June. Rs 1,440 towards PF and ESI isn’t been credited into our accounts,” they said. The agitators threatened to demonstrate begging protest if their demands aren’t met.

Contractors on the other hand blame it on Government for not releasing funds. They said that they paid salaries to the outsourcing employees from their own pockets for the month of June. They said they are helpless unless they get funds.
