Sangareddy: The voters list should be checked door-to-door for the accuracy, election observer Y Srilakshmi directed the EROs. She observed the enrolment of voters, correction of names etc, and here on Sunday. She observed the work of Booth Level Officers in Rudraram, Kandi, Pothireddypalli, Nandikandi villages. She verified the voters list of respective booths. She expressed satisfaction over the ongoing process.
When the district collector informed her about the control room set up at collectorate in this regard, she tested the functioning of the centre. She appreciated the collector for such initiative. The district Collector Hanumantha Rao, RDO Srinu, Vikram Reddy, and tahasildars were present.
Later, she reviewed a meeting with EROs at the collectorate. She told them to verify the facts from the grassroot level and focus on thandas and backward areas. She advised them to speed up the online uploading process by increasing the computer operators. EROs, Ravikumar, Ambadas, Hameed, Srinu, Municipal Commissioner Prasada Rao, Tahasildar Vijaykumar and others were present.
