Kothagudem: Two lovers attempted suicide by jumping from the roof of a five-storied building in Palwoncha on Sunday evening. According to sources, Manikanta and Nikitha, both studying SSC in a local school in the town, are in love for the last few months. Afraid to disclose their love affair to their elders, the duo decided to end their lives.
The locals shifted the duo to the government hospital in Palwoncha. The doctors said the condition of Manikanta and Nikitha is critical. Police registered a case and investigation is on.
