Arekapudi Gandhi launches election campaign

Serilingampally: The TRS candidate and former MLA of Serilingampally  Arekapudi Gandhi on Monday launched his election campaign by performing pooja in Ramalayam at Asbestos Colony, in Kukatpally division. 

Chevella MP Konda Vishveshwar Reddy, Chevella TRS constituency in-charge Pochampally Srinivas Reddy, Social Welfare Board chair person Ragam Sujata Yadav were the chief guests. Corporators Jupalli Satyanarayana, Venkatesh Goud, Lakshmibai, Janaki Ramaraju, Bobba Navatha Reddy, Meka Ramesh, Ragam Nagender, Shaik Hamid Patel, Saibaba were present.

Addressing the gathering, the MP stated that it was a matter of pleasure that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had chosen Gandhi as the Seriligampally candidate. He said the constituency had witness development like never before, while urging voters to ensure Gandhi’s victory.

Gandhi while pledging to support KCR’s ‘Bangaru Telangana’ efforts said the government has been providing jobs to youth.He would himself strive for creating employment to youngsters. The ex-MLA enlightened the gathering about the welfare schemes being implemented by the government. Among those present were former councilors, senior TRS leaders, TS agitators, women leaders and party activists.
