Naga Shourya to star in Puri’s film
Apparently, he and the actor have met a quite a few times and are set to team up. The young actor, who is always on the lookout for fresh collaborations, was in awe of Puri’s script and instantly okayed it.
Filmmaker Puri Jagannadh is once again set to spring a surprise with his casting. After roping in Kalyanram for ‘ISM’, the top-drawer director, we hear, is keen on working with Naga Shourya up next.
Apparently, he and the actor have met a quite a few times and are set to team up. The young actor, who is always on the lookout for fresh collaborations, was in awe of Puri’s script and instantly okayed it.
An industry insider reveals, "Yes, both Puri and Shourya are coming together for a film. It will be a clear departure from what Shourya has been doing till now. An official announcement from the filmmaker is expected soon.”
Shourya has also green-lit ‘Meeku Meere Maaku Meme’ director Hussain Sha Kiran’s next. It remains to be seen whether which film will go on floors first.
