“Tamil directors etch good roles for actresses and Rakul’s role in ‘Khakee’ is well-defined and it will enable her to showcase her acting chops,” aver makers.
Even in Telugu, Rakul proved her acting brilliance in films like ‘Ra Randoi Veduka Chuddam’ and ‘Jaya Janaki Nayaka’. “Rakul is picking up different kinds of roles, rather than just sticking to glam-centric roles, which is giving her an edge over her rivals,” add makers. Meanwhile, the actress is expanding her brand equity by endorsing retail brands and also doing an Hindi film ‘Aiyaarey’ to expand her pan-India appeal. Good going indeed!
