Asifabad Collector gets 135 petitions at Praja Darbar

The Collector directed officials to nominate only three persons for awards to be given for meritorious services at the R-Day parade. Among those present were Joint Collector V Ashok Kumar, DRO Suresh and officials of various departments. Owners of plots in the town petitioned that they were losing land in survey numbers 63 and 64 on account of unscientific measurements, while demanding justice.

Chippa Jyoti of Wankidi mandal claimed that her house-site in survey No 7/73 has been changed without her knowledge. Venkatesh of Jainur sought loan for the SC corporation, while Rukum Bai pleaded for Asara pension. Residents of Kharidi in Wankidi mandal wanted the road from the village to the local bus-stop to be converted to BT.135 petitions at ‘Praja Darbar’
