Mancherial: Government Chief Advisor Rajiv Sharma along with District Collector RV Karnan launched Kanti Velugu programme at Government School in Tallagurijala village of Bellampally mandal on Wednesday.
Stating that the government had launched the programme to provide free eye checkup to poor people and will also arrange free surgeries to patients if needed, he directed the officials to take the prestigious programme to the people.
Earlier he planted saplings at proposed Krishi Vignan Kendram’s site at Bellampally. Ramagundam Commissioner of Police Vikram Jeet Duggal, Bellampally sub collector Rahul Raj, MPDO Venkatesh, DFO Tirumal Raj were present.
