Excerpts:

As a busy actress how do you maintain a healthy skin?

The basic thing I use is sunscreen. Applying sunscreen should never be restricted to summer alone; I never forget sunscreen as this protects our skin from harmful rays that damage the skin. I always wash my face with icewater that keeps my skin from being affected with makeup. It refreshes skin, and makes me look instantly awake.

What are the basic essentials in your bag?

Like every other girl I carry a lip balm, which keeps my lips soft and moisturised for all seasons and kajal under the eyes for a modern and fresh look.

Any tips for women for a healthy skin?

Hydrate: Water is essential to maintain the optimum skin moisture and deliver essential nutrients to the skin cells.

Sound sleep: A good sleep is essential for repairing, regenerating and restructuring the skin.

Use moisturiser: This reduces skin problems, moisturising everyday can reduce the chance of developing extreme dryness or oiliness.

Put lip balm: Lip balm will moisturise and relieve chapped or dry lips.

How do you, de-stress yourself?

I read books and listen to music. After I pack up, I never think about work after 6pm. Apart from this, I discuss about other things with my friends who are in other professions to get myself back.
