According to him it is time people shifted to eating millets that have more fibre and are extremely beneficial to people especially those suffering from chronic conditions like Diabetics, Thyroid, PCOD etc., He especially stressing on the five magic millets – Foxtail Millets (Korra Biyyam), Little millet (Saamelu), Kodo Millet (Arikalu), Barnyard (Oodalu) and Browntop Millets (Andu Korralu).

Early puberty in girls
The generation of the coming age should menstruate at the age of 14. But now many girls are getting their first period below 10 years; this is something that says we are going in the wrong direction. No scientist, doctor, or a politician is bothered about this issue, and this is the real problem. I want the common man to know how to stop early puberty by not taking milk. Drinking milk is not good for anyone. Oxytocin/ estrogen hormones are injected into cows to increase milk yield, micro levels of those hormones present in milk are one reason for early puberty in girls. Replace your milk with till laddu (sesame), take 100 gm in a week which will give you calcium.

Thyroid
Lack of micro-nutrients in the food can causes thyroid problems. Regular use of plastic (bottle) will cause thyroid problems, Nanoparticles which are present in plastic are destroying the performance of small intestine. Mental stress is also a reason for thyroid. Dizziness, hair fall, joints pain, lack of concentration are the basic symptoms of the problem. It can be controlled by eating millets regularly. Steroids present in the milk may alter the performance of thyroid glands. Glutton- A protein present in the wheat can cause thyroid problems. Drinking a spoon of coconut oil every morning will keep thyroid glands healthy. Drinking water stored in a copper container is always a good practice. Follow these three instructions, and thyroid problems will vanish within a year.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pregnant and lactating women are advised to consume millets to increase the production of breast milk in their bodies. This enables the mother to feed the child for a longer period of time. Add millets in your diet before feeding your baby, and you can comfortably feed your baby for two years.
