All about new age corporate women

Centre for Women Development (CWD), a constituent of ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad conducted the CEO Women Conclave 2018 recently at Hotel Taj Banjara, Hyderabad. The conclave congregated the women who have not only excelled in their lives but also have overshadowed others, being the symbol of undaunted strength. 

Several talk shows were conducted during the day long session which covered contemporary topics that highlighted the achievements of women. Women who are working as Directors and CEO’s for top companies participated in the event and shared their views on the challenge’s women face in today’s world. They motivated the audience with their inspirational stories.

Anju Matta , director in one of the Fortune 100 companies , Jyothi Reddy, director, Keys Software Solutions in Phoenix, Shukla Bose, founder, CEO, Parikrama Humanity Foundation, Vijayalaxmi Devarajan, director, United Techno, Ritu Grover, CEO, Global Helpdesk, Suneepa Das AVP, RBS Global Finance Services, Tamanna Singh, MD, Uberlux India, Uma Chilakamarri, managing partner, Design-ism, city head Robinhood Army among others spoke on the topic “New Age Corporate Women” and lauded the CWD of ICFAI for conducting such an event for women.

Jyothi Reddy has revolutionised the term women empowerment in her own way. She believed in “No compromise”, “No condition is permanent” and “nothing is impossible”. Another speaker Shukla Bose enlightened the crowd with her observations on corporate world. She said three C’s of corporate world are vital. They are conviction, clarity and communication. 

Whereas Vijayalaxmi Devarajan shared the three mantras of success i.e., “Wish what you want to become, win what you have wished for and Whatever happens walk through life”. M Srinivasa Reddy, director-IcfaiTech, was the keynote speaker for the conclave.  Prof. V Padamavathi, coordinator CWD coordinated the event.
