It’s all about being consistent and persistent

Serial entrepreneur Sruti Mashru, is the founder of corporate training company Eldin, co-founder of living-workspace furniture and décor store Meubles and a motivational speaker by gratitude. In 2017, she won the International Iconic Award in Bengaluru and in June 2018 she bagged the Outstanding Corporate Trainer award in New Delhi for her signature programme, Know Their Behavioural Style.  

However, life isn’t rosy for everyone at every moment, so was the same for Sruti. As she puts it across, “Someone once said – the darkest part of the night is just before the day is about to break. In my life too, I had dark moments wherein life was going through a very extreme rough phase.

I ended with a major shift not only in my career but in my life too. That is when I heard a motivational trainer and my life changed from there. The way I look at life changed and that changed my life, I realised my inner potential and suddenly everything started to fall in place.”

Hence, the thought of others going through the same rough phase and the intention to bring a difference in others life, led her to become a trainer. She started as a one-woman army and today she has a team of five trainers operating pan India along with projects executed in Dubai and Africa.

Sruti prefers to upgrade her knowledge due to which she undergoes 120 certification programmes every year. Initially, every venture isn’t a cake walk. She found it hard to find clients and had to redesign the entire programme based on prospective clients’ feedback. This, however, helped her improve rather than being discouraged. 

“I understand women have far more potential than she gives credit to herself. Women may be slow and take longer to dwell upon a decision, as we are not aggressive and risk takers, we do it when we are sure about it and when we do it there is consistency and persistency. These are my two drivers in life,” she said expressing the self-motivating factors leading her to live and live royal.

With the core strength to easily resonate with the younger generation, Sruti transforms corporate employees into complete different individuals. Her expertise bagged her two awards. “While my background check was done, my clients spoke very highly of me. I felt that I was not wrong, this life is beautiful indeed.”

Further explaining about the corporate training modules she said, “Learning is an ongoing process to grow. Our training imparts information about the right communication, team building, leadership, stress management and the special module – Invite the Infinite educates individuals to manifest by asking from the universe.”

Along with corporate training, Sruti is also into motivational training for a noble cause. As a person changed her life through one motivational speech, she feels the need to be an instrument of difference in others life. Motivational training is free of cost and her way of giving back to the society.

To conclude, in Sruti’s words – Take your first foot forward and you will definitely find the road. However, life may appear to be difficult, but it is only helping you to understand and tap your actual potential.
