To improve your communicative ability, there are three significant steps involved in the process. Learn, Apply and Improvise. By reading and watching you will learn but you have to apply what you learn by speaking and listening to real people. And when you start applying what you learn frequently you try to improvise. That’s the way to improve.

For people who do not have anyone in their surroundings to practise their speaking, there are websites to help language learners speak online with other learners. The way anything is developed is through practice, practice and more practice. Keep practising. Tomorrow’s victory is today’s practice.
