Set big win as target for civic polls: KTR to party cadre
Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) working president K T Rama Rao on Wednesday said the party leaders should work with a target of wining big in the ensuing municipal elections in the State.
Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) working president K T Rama Rao on Wednesday said the party leaders should work with a target of wining big in the ensuing municipal elections in the State.
The TRS working president came to the party office Telangana Bhavan first time after becoming Minister for the second time. The leaders welcomed the party's working president. Talking to the general secretaries in the Bhavan, Rama Rao said already TRS has become one of the strongest parties in the country with 60 lakh membership.
With the organisational strength the party leaders should take the TRS government works to the people. The target is to make TRS a strong force in Telangana, he said.The TRS working president asked the party leaders to coordinate with the MLAs and local leaders for winning the municipal elections.
The secretaries of the party have been asked to give detailed report on the local situation. He also discussed on the party committees in districts. Soon a meeting of extended committee would also be organised.
The party leaders led by youth wing welcomed the TRS leader at Telangana Bhavan. The party MLAs, MLCs, corporators and other senior leaders greeted Rama Rao, who later paid tributes to Telangana Talli statue in Bhavan remises.
