375 candidates selected as VROs: JC

Visakhapatnam: Joint Collector L Siva Sankar said VROs play a significant role in the village/ward secretariats. He gave away counselling and appointment letters to 375 eligible candidates of VROs at the Collectorate here on Saturday.

The counselling was given in order to provide various public services to people and hence their cooperation plays a crucial role, he stated. At present, 375 candidates have been counselled for 501 posts in the district. District Revenue Officer M Sridevi and Administrative Officer Srinivasa Rao, supervisors K Vijay Kumar and others were present along with the Joint Collector.
