A woman died in road accident in East Godavari district

Ambajipeta: In a tragic incident, an elderly couple meets with the accident while attending a marriage ceremony of their relatives which is supposed to be held on November 9th in East Godavari district.

Going into details, P Seshagiri Rao and his wife Lakshmi, who reside at Vanasthalipuram in Hyderabad were on the way to attend a wedding function in their relative's house at Ambajipet in East Godavari district.

As they reached Modekurru village in Kothapeta Mandal here in the district, the WagonR car in which they were traveling collided with Eicher van. In the incident, both in the car sustained severe injuries. The victims were rushed to a hospital in Amalapuram, where Lakshmi died while receiving treatment.

Her death news has shocked the family members. Seshagiri Rao is a native of Godi village in Allavaram mandal, has retired after working in the High court and settled at Vanasthalipuram in Hyderabad.
